Rick is one fantastic, professional, efficient reliable person. Twice now I’ve been stranded with my pump alarm going off in the basement and both times he either sent his team up in few hours and second time first thing the following day and resolved it for me. I like that he shows his face and cares about the work they the company does. It’s not often that you are lucky to find such a reliable person for any maintenance generally and I did have a fair share of various builders, plumbers, decorators during 2 year building project. Real find! His team is also polite, tidy and efficient.
