Our story so far

Basement Pumps are specialists in the maintaining and servicing of basement sumps and pumps with years of experience in the industry. Our highly trained technicians are experts in their profession and exclusively work on basement sump and pumps. We’re a family run business operating from Burgess Hill, Sussex, covering all of London, the South East and beyond.

We work in both the commercial and domestic sectors providing new installations of any scale, repairs – including emergency callout – and tankering services. For home owners we can provide cost-effective service agreements to ensure routine maintenance is carried out.

Basement Pumps also works as a resource to contractors, offering a white label service wherever our expertise is needed. Engineers are trained in a number of areas and hold certificates in Confined Space, CSCS, Abrasive Wheel, First Aid, Manual Handling and more. Our engineers also hold an enhanced DBS check to cover visits to schools and other care facilities.

Rick; a Director of the company has been in the industry for many years and works closely with Clare and Morgan in the office, to offer a smooth and customer-friendly service. Rick is supported by a team of full-time engineers who have a wealth and experience in the sector. All engineers complete a number of courses regularly to keep their training in date and current.
