The benefits of servicing your pump system:

Basement Pumps recommends that every pump station should be serviced and cleaned every 6 months. It is essential to stay on top of the maintenance required for the pump station, in order to prevent future breakage.

We offer service agreements, which give you 24 months of peace of mind, with a small starting cost of £30 a month.

This covers 1 routine service, 10% of replacement parts and a 10% discount on emergency call outs. This safety net allows your pump to have 24/7/365 support, an increased lifespan, efficiency and a reduced chance of failures.

Our service engineers are fully trained in the use of gas detection equipment, confined space entry procedures and all relevant health and safety requirements, we also have a fully equipped workshop.

Our highly qualified engineers can carry out most works onsite. All engineers also practising COVID-19 safety requirements.

Why are we including warranty for the life of the contract?

As pump suppliers we understand the worry of pump failure and breakdown, therefore with our Gold Package we are including warranty of the life of the contract (after a site survey has been carried out), this does not include misuse of the pump.
